Mindfully Strong Pilates and Mobility training is a boutique home based, fully equipped studio with 2 reformers, 2 Pilates Chairs a pilates Cadillac. We cater for Private, Duet and small group classes in a private setting. Classes are tailored to meet the needs and goals of individuals with a hands-on approach adjusting to the needs of clients as we go. 

Each program is specially designed for the individual with homework practice to get the most out of each session.

    Pilates

    Pilates is a form of exercise that utilises specialised equipment, as well as body weight exercises performed on a mat, to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.     Foundation Training

    Modern life has taught us to ignore our bodies’ natural posture. We compress ourselves into chairs, shove our feet into tight shoes, hunch behind desks and stare at our phones for hours on end. Foundation Training is a system of exercises designed to decompress, strengthen, and improve posture and movement patterns using only your body weight and breath.

    This is a weather dependent fresh air mat class with a themed focus on breath work, self massage, joint specific mobility and integrated body weight strength. Concluding with group discussion time. Including grounding a vibration work.
