Meet Jill

With a background in Naturopathy, Acupuncture, and Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy, Jill was introduced to Pilates after sustaining a back injury in 2002. She quickly realized that it was a natural complement to her existing modalities. With a special interest in rehabilitation, Jill has made it her lifelong goal to find ways to manage her own back injury, and in turn, equip her clients with the necessary tools to manage their own symptoms and prevent injury. Her ultimate aim is to help her clients get out and stay out of pain.

Jill is STOTT Pilates trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac Chair, and Barrels, and has 20 years of experience working in Dubai, Scotland, and the USA. She became a level 2 Foundation Training Instructor while living in the USA and has found it to be the most effective practice for chronic back pain. After sustaining a shoulder injury, Jill discovered Functional Range Conditioning, which focuses on joint strength and mobility. She combines all of these modalities and skills to provide the best possible results for her clients. Additionally, Jill is a Master Level Reiki practitioner, as she believes that working on an energetic level is also important.

Jill takes immense satisfaction in witnessing her clients' transformation in posture, strength, mobility, and stability as they progress with their training.
