Book Your Class

All private sessions are tailored to the individual using any all modalities, including and not limited to, all Pilates equipment, myofascial release protocols, breathwork, energy work. My aim is to provide a holistic approach to healing and exercise prescription using a vast array of skill sets. Each session builds on the previous allowing individuals in to increase their own knowledge and understanding of how their body works and learning tools to be able to ultimately heal and help themselves on a daily basis.

Group class numbers are kept small so allow for attention and programming based on individual needs. Again using a variety of modalities and equipment often focusing on a theme of progression for the class.
